No power during loadshedding
If battery state of charge is above 30% and Inverter LED showing normal
Ensure all breakers in your main distribution board are upright while also tripping the earth leakage and turning it back on again. Then you need to ensure all breakers in your AC combiner box are upright except the changeover switch that needs to be pointing at SOLAR power and not GRID/ESKOM.
If battery state of charge is above 30% and Inverter LED showing alarm
This could indicate a system fault or overload and we would recommend bypassing the system by pointing the changeover switch direction to GRID/ESKOM until a technician can assess and resolve the fault. Please log a support ticket.
If battery state of charge is below 30%
The batteries have most likely reached the shut down percentage. When there is GRID/ESKOM power available again , the batteries will slowly recharge to the restart percentage before supplying power to the house again.
