How to reset your batteries
You can only reset your battery/ies when you have grid power available (ie when you are not on loadshedding).
First you will need to bypass your system to Eskom so your house won't lose power.
Then locate the reset hole on the battery (as per the attached image). Use something small (like a pen refill) and push inside the hole on your battery/ies until all the battery lights are off.
When all lights are up again, wait for a few minutes and switch the breaker back to Inverter.
